We are currently seeking applications from qualified and ticketed Forklift Operators for our client's busy citrus pack shed located at Mundubbera, Queensland.

Working as a team in this challenging and fast paced environment, this is a diverse role within the with approximately 50% labouring and 50% forklift operation. Tasks range from transporting pallets, boxes and bins while also undertaking various labouring tasks to support the packing lines which includes but is not limited to packing, stacking, grading and box making.

As the pack shed will be operating around weather and seasonal demand, there will be a requirement to work long days and weekends at times.

With a generous hourly rate, applications are competitive and must be from candidates who can commit to the entirety of the season.

Your Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience in efficient forklift operations and hold a current Australian Forklift License. You'll need to be diligent in following strict operational procedures to foster a safety-conscious environment

To be successful in your application, you will need to be a proactive team player, flexible, reliable and foster a 'can do' attitude. To be considered for the role, it's important you can address the following criteria:

• Current Australian forklift licence
• Proven experience in the safe and efficient operations of a forklift
• Professional references to support the above
• Be flexible with requested tasks
• Happy and willing to take part of any labouring tasks as required
• Able to take part in heavy lifting
• Committed to the entire season
• Have good level of English
• Able to work independently and as a team

• Own transport - preferred
