The Role

We are seeking reliable Grain Handlers to join a site in Goondiwindi, QLD, supporting operations within the agriculture and grain industry.

This is a physically demanding, outdoor role where you will assist with tarp work and machinery operations to support grain movement. You'll work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining safety and efficiency across the site.

Key Responsibilities

This role supports day-to-day grain site operations and general handling tasks.

• Driving and operating machinery including forklifts, tractors, trucks, loaders, augers and drier;
• Setting up locations for complex operations;
• Assist with loading and unloading containers;
• Loading and uploading of trucks;
• Performing tarping and bunker operations;
• Tidying complex site;
• Perform general maintenance and duties in and around the complex site; and
• Assisting general operations

Your Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will be physically capable, reliable, and experienced in grain or similar environments.

• Previous grain handling experience preferred
• Experience operating machinery such as: forklifts, tractors, trucks, loaders, augers and driers
• Ability to work in hot, dusty, and physically demanding conditions
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow ins[tructions
• Strong awareness of workplace safety practices
