The Role

We are seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join a cotton operation in Dalby, QLD, within the agriculture and cotton ginning industry.

This role involves operating loaders to move cotton bales across the yard and warehouse, including loading and unloading trucks. You may also assist with ginning operations, working within a safety-focused, fast-paced environment where flexibility and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities

This role supports cotton handling and ginning operations through safe and efficient machinery use.

• Operate loaders with bale grabs to move cotton bales
• Load and unload trucks and manage yard/warehouse movements
• Support cotton ginning operations as required
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Assist with general site tasks and adapt to changing priorities

Your Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will be a confident machinery operator with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Forklift license and forklift experience
• Proven experience operating loaders with bale grabs
• Confidence working in a cotton or similar industrial environment
• Flexible and willing to move between roles as required
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Good attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
