As a Team Leader, you'll be at the forefront of our egg grading operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. Your role is vital to our daily production requirements, and you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the overall success of our facility.

Your responsibilities as a Team Leader include:

  • Reporting to the Grading Manager and Assistant Grading Manager.
  • Supervising around 30 staff daily.
  • Giving direction and instruction to staff.
  • Running the egg grading machine.
  • Setting up the egg grading machine.
  • Reaching daily production requirements.
  • Monitoring quality checks of the product.
  • Monitoring critical control point checks.
  • Completing end-of-day production paperwork.
  • Completing equipment efficiency reporting.
  • Conducting daily toolbox talks with staff.
  • Ensuring good manufacturing practices are maintained.
  • Managing cleaning and sanitization of the machine and production area.
  • Ensuring staff follow good hygiene practices.
  • Monitoring safety within the workplace.
  • Collaborating with the warehouse and maintenance teams for overall production efficiency.
  • Performing other duties as requested by the site supervisor.
