Our client is an industry leading agribusiness with sophisticated vegetable operations located in Forth and surrounds. They are currently looking to fill 100 Bin Repair positions across their farming sites and pack sheds, with work commencing from August 2026 onwards.
You are required to work in a farming environment where you will work both indoors, in a shed and outdoors, in a paddock. You will be working in a cold, wet and hot environment, depending on the weather, so you must be prepared for everything. You will be a team player who is physically fit and more than able to handle heavy lifting, standing for prolonged time and repetitive movements such as bending down.
You will be paid under the Agri Labour Australia Horticulture Agreement 2016 - Level 3, at an hourly rate of $33.55 per hour, with a minimum of 120 hours of work, every 4 weeks of your placement. This will be aligned with the Fair Work Commission's annual reviews, including any increases to the National Minimum Wage and minimum award rates of pay. You will be offered between 6-9 months of work with potential to upskill.
