Our workforce excellence programs

Knife school

We partner with an established knife school in South East Asia to provide visa holders with essential knife skills before they arrive in Australia. This allows candidates to integrate into Australian meat processing facilities immediately upon commencement. Employers consistently report improvements in training efficiency, productivity and quality outcomes when engaging pre-trained workers.

Butchery school

Through our partnership with a butchery training provider in the Pacific, we deliver pre-employment training to PALM (Pacific Australia Labour Mobility) candidates destined for Australian meat processing facilities. Workers arrive with foundational knowledge of hygiene, knife skills and quality standards, allowing them to meet induction requirements faster and perform more confidently in their roles.

Machinery operator courses

Skilled machinery operators are critical to the success of Australian agriculture and food production businesses. We maintain broad candidate pools of experienced operators and are continually expanding programs to train new entrants and validate competency of existing applicants. This ensures our clients have access to reliable, capable operators who meet site and safety requirements.

Industrial cleaning

We work with a Pacific-based training provider to deliver industrial cleaning training to PALM workers prior to their arrival in Australia. These workers support meat processing facilities to operate at the highest standards of food hygiene and cleanliness. Clients have reported strong performance outcomes and improved reliability compared to previous cleaning arrangements.

Horticultural preparedness

In collaboration with Labour Sending Units across the Pacific, we assess and prepare PALM workers for horticulture roles as part of the recruitment process. Many Sending Units also provide work-readiness programs that support workers’ physical and mental preparedness for living and working in Australia, contributing to stronger retention and on-site performance.
