Who we’re looking for

A strong work ethic and a positive attitude go a long way

Whether you’re caring for animals, managing feed, or cleaning down sheds, the work is physical and the days can be long. We’re looking for people who show up consistently, take pride in what they do, and bring a good attitude to the job every day.

Reliability is everything on a working farm

Pigs need care seven days a week and the team depends on everyone pulling their weight. If you follow through and take your responsibilities seriously, you’ll fit right in.

A genuine interest in animal welfare and biosecurity

The wellbeing of the animals and the health of the farm come first. You’ll need to follow strict protocols and understand why those standards matter in a commercial livestock environment.

Comfortable working hands-on in a demanding environment

From pen maintenance and feed management through to shed sanitation, you’ll need stamina, focus, and a willingness to get the job done properly every time.
