Agri Labour Australia has partnered with leading geological exploration company Terrex Seismic to oversee casual line crew recruitment for their projects throughout Australia.

With projects running from 2-4 months in various locations of Australia at different times of the year, these positions provide enthusiastic candidates the chance to make great money (with free meals and food provided) while seeing some truly unique locations in our beautiful country. Who we need

Since 2010 we’ve placed many candidates in jobs throughout Australia, and are always looking for people to fill the following roles on Terrex Seismic projects:

  • Line crew members
  • Equipment operators
  • General labourers
  • Site supervisors

Who we’re looking for

We're looking for people with a positive attitude who can commit to completing the full project duration.

We won’t sugar coat it – these jobs are physical and the work can be in harsh conditions.

It's important to know that candidates will need to be able to do the following for up to 28 days in a row:

  • Walk 10–20km a day in the sun
  • Consistently carry a 10kg crate
  • Bend to pick up 1kg nodes at least 220 times per day
  • Stomp into the ground with leg/foot at least 200 times per day

If you meet the following criteria, we'd love to hear from you:

  • Strong English communication and organisational skills, and able to read and write
  • Ability to work for long periods in harsh environmental conditions
  • Ability to work, travel and be accommodated with other staff in shared/close quarters
  • Australian issued open Manual drivers licence
  • Experience driving a manual vehicle on the left-hand side for a minimum of 3 months
  • Completion of the below training modules:
    • PMASUP236 – Operate Vehicles in the Field
    • RIIVEH201D – Operate Light Vehicle
    • RIIVEH305E – Operate and Maintain a Four Wheel Drive Vehicle
  • In some cases, a Police Check (National Police Certificate)

The ability to provide these will be highly regarded in the employment process, however for the right candidates we can assist in arranging all of this for you.
