The Role

We are seeking reliable Blueberry Picker / Packers to join a blueberry operation in Wamuran, QLD, within the horticulture and berry production industry. This is a hands-on, outdoor role where you will be responsible for picking, sorting, and packing blueberries while maintaining high quality standards. You will also assist with general farm duties, working as part of a team to support efficient harvest operations.

Key Responsibilities

This role supports harvesting and packing operations to ensure quality produce and smooth workflow.

• Pick ripe, firm blueberries to meet quality standards
• Sort and place fruit into buckets and prepare for packing
• Assist with packing produce in the packing shed
• Perform weeding, tipping, and general farm duties
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety procedures
• Work efficiently to meet daily productivity targets

• Previous blueberry picking or horticulture experience preferred
• Experience with piece rate work highly regarded
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to commit to the full season
• Strong attention to detail to maintain fruit quality
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
