The Role

We are seeking reliable Forklift Operators to join a citrus packing operation in Red Cliff, VIC, within the horticulture and fresh produce industry. This is a hands-on role working in a fast-paced packing shed where you will safely operate forklifts to move pallets, fruit bins, and materials across the site. You'll play a key role in supporting packing operations and maintaining efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

This role supports packing shed operations through safe and efficient forklift use.

• Operate forklifts safely within a busy packing shed environment
• Load and unload pallets of citrus from trucks and packing lines
• Transport fruit bins, pallets, and packaging materials across the site
• Stack and store pallets accurately in designated areas
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times

Your Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced forklift operator with a strong focus on safety.

• Current High Risk Work Licence (LF) (essential)
• Previous forklift experience in warehouse or packing environments preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically active environment
• Reliable and able to commit to the full season
• Strong attention to detail and safe work practices
• Team player with good communication skills
