The Role

We are seeking experienced Grain Handlers to join a site in Goondiwindi, QLD, supporting operations within the agriculture and grain industry. This is a physically demanding, outdoor role where you will assist with bunker operations, including tarp work and grain handling. You'll work as part of a team to ensure efficient site operations while maintaining safety and productivity during the harvest period.

Key Responsibilities

This role supports grain site operations and bunker management during harvest.

• Roll, pull, and secure bunker tarps
• Move and handle grain across the site
• Assist with general labouring and site duties
• Follow supervisor instructions and support daily operations
• Maintain safe, clean, and organised work areas

Your Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will be physically capable and experienced in grain or bunker operations.

• Previous grain handling experience (essential)
• Experience with bunker tarp work
• Physically fit and capable of heavy manual labour
• Ability to work in hot, dusty, and outdoor conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Strong awareness of workplace safety practices
