Job description

The Role

We are seeking reliable Grain Handlers to join a busy operation in Grong Grong, NSW, within the agriculture and grain industry. This is a hands-on, outdoor role supporting grain receivals, storage, and movement across the site. You'll work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment where safety, quality, and efficient operations are key.

Key Responsibilities

This role supports the safe and efficient handling, storage, and movement of grain throughout the site.

  • Operate grain handling equipment including augers, conveyors, hoppers, and loaders
  • Load and unload grain from trucks and storage facilities
  • Conduct grain sampling and monitor product quality
  • Assist with weighbridge operations and inventory records
  • Complete equipment checks and basic maintenance
  • Perform shovelling, sweeping, tarp work, and bunker duties
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas

  • Previous front end loader experience
