Job description

The Role

We are seeking a reliable Manufacturing / Loader Operator to join a fertiliser production site in Dalby, QLD, within the agriculture and manufacturing industry. This is a hands-on role where you will operate loaders and support fertiliser processing and packaging operations. Working in a fast-paced plant environment, you will ensure production runs efficiently while maintaining safety, quality, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

This role supports fertiliser manufacturing operations through machinery use and production processes.

  • Operate loaders to move raw materials and finished products
  • Operate and monitor fertiliser processing and packaging equipment
  • Ensure batching accuracy, feed rates, and product consistency
  • Identify and report safety hazards, quality issues, and operational variances
  • Maintain accurate records and follow quality assurance processes
  • Assist with general plant operations and continuous improvement activities
