The Role

We are seeking a reliable Pasteurizer Operator to join a fast-paced processing operation based in Carwarp, Victoria. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys practical, physical work and takes pride in operating machinery safely and efficiently. You will be part of a collaborative production team in an industrial environment where safety, teamwork, and attention to detail are key. Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity to develop or strengthen your machinery operation skills.

Key Responsibilities

This role supports daily production by ensuring pasteurising operations and product handling are completed safely, efficiently, and to required standards.

• Operate and monitor fixed plant pasteurising machinery
• Perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
• Assist with general production and site tasks as required

Your Skills & Experience

• Valid forklift licence (essential)
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling and heavy lifting
• Experience operating fixed plant machinery (preferred)
• Confident loading and unloading trucks
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team
