Job description

The Role

We are seeking a reliable Technical Services QA & Bee Auditor Assistant to support operations in Victoria, within the agriculture and horticulture industry. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you will assist with quality assurance activities and support bee hive audits across all orchard sites surrounding Robinvale VIC. You will work closely with the lead auditor to document and assess hive conditions while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

This role supports quality assurance and audit processes across orchard and apiary operations.

  • Assist with bee hive audits, including documenting and photographing frames and hives
  • Support quality assurance activities across orchard sites
  • Travel between locations to complete inspections and audits
  • Maintain accurate records and follow reporting procedures
  • Follow all safety protocols, including use of PPE and protective equipment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Your Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in outdoor environments.

  • Experience in agriculture or apiary work highly regarded
  • No bee allergies or phobias and comfortable working around bees
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate via radio
  • Physically fit and able to work extended hours during peak periods
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to work across multiple sites
