The Role

We are seeking a reliable Vineyard Farm Hand / Cleaner to join a vineyard operation in Euston, NSW, approximately 1 hour from Mildura, VIC. This is a hands-on, physically active role combining general vineyard duties with cleaning responsibilities approximately once per week. You'll spend much of your time outdoors inspecting vineyard infrastructure, removing damaged posts, operating equipment such as ATVs, and supporting general vineyard operations in a practical, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

You'll support the day-to-day upkeep of the vineyard while helping maintain clean, safe, and well-organised facilities.

• Drive through vineyard blocks and inspect posts and infrastructure
• Identify and remove damaged or broken vineyard posts
• Operate ATVs and other farm machinery as required
• Complete general vineyard and property maintenance tasks
• Carry out cleaning duties approximately once per week
• Maintain clean and organised work areas
• Work safely outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures
• Assist with other farm duties as required

To be successful, you'll be physically capable, dependable, and comfortable completing varied duties in an outdoor farm environment.

• Previous farm, vineyard, or agricultural experience highly regarded
• Previous cleaning experience desirable
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods
• Comfortable operating an ATV and farm equipment
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
