Our client is an industry leading agribusiness with sophisticated Citrus operations located in Carwarp, VIC. They are currently looking to fill 10 Citrus Picker Supervisor positions across their farming site, with work commencing from July 2026 onwards.
You will be required to work in an orchard environment, picking citrus into bags that weigh up to 15kgs. The work is outside and will be cold in the morning, and there may be hot and dusty days.
You will be paid under Agri Labour Australia Horticulture Agreement 2016 – Level 5, at a minimum hourly rate of $38.90 per hour, with at least 120 hours of work, every 4 weeks of your placement. This will be aligned with the Fair Work Commission’s annual reviews, including any increases to the National Minimum Wage and minimum award rates of pay. You will be offered up to 9 months of work and potential to upskill into leadership roles.
Key duties include:
Supervising the safe and efficient picking of citrus – this will involve climbing ladders, and carrying picking bags of 15+ kgs.
