The Role

We are seeking experienced Grain Handlers to join a site in Nullawil, VIC, supporting operations within the agriculture and grain industry. This is a physically active, outdoor role where you will assist with harvest preparation and daily grain site operations. You'll work across bunker work, receivals, and outloading activities, helping ensure efficient and safe site performance during peak season.

Key Responsibilities

This role supports grain handling operations and site readiness for harvest.

• Clean and prepare bunkers, including tarp work and site setup
• Shovel and move grain as required
• Assist with grain outloading and general site operations
• Operate drive-over hoppers and support receivals
• Conduct grain sampling and assist with weighbridge tasks
• Follow instructions from site management and maintain safety standards

Your Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will be experienced in grain handling and comfortable working in physically demanding environments.

• Prior grain handling experience (essential)
• Experience with grain, rice, pulses, or nut operations highly regarded
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work varied hours
• Strong awareness of workplace safety practices
