The Role

We are seeking reliable Mango Packers to join a packing shed in Katherine, NT, supporting operations within the horticulture and fresh produce industry. This is a hands-on role working in a fast-paced packing environment where you will be responsible for grading, packing, and preparing mangoes for distribution. You'll work as part of a team to ensure quality standards are met while maintaining efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities

This role supports the packing and preparation of mangoes to meet quality and production standards.

• Pack and grade mangoes as directed by the Packing Shed Manager
• Label fruit trays and apply stickers to produce
• Assemble, stack, and distribute trays and boxes
• Stack pallets and prepare orders for dispatch
• Follow quality assurance and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
