The Role

Join our team as a Mango Picker for the upcoming harvest season in Katherine, NT - a fantastic opportunity to be part of a thriving horticulture operation in the heart of the Northern Territory. This is a physically active, outdoor role where you will be responsible for picking fruit carefully to maintain quality standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring fruit is handled correctly from picking through to sorting and packing.

Key Responsibilities

This role supports the harvesting and handling of fruit to maintain quality and productivity.

• Pick fruit carefully to avoid bruising or damage
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Use tools such as ladders, picking bags, or clippers safely
• Identify ripe, overripe, or damaged fruit
• Sort and pack fruit into bins or crates correctly
• Follow instructions and maintain safe work practices
