The Role

Join a leading provider of variable farming solutions as an Administration & Operations Coordinator based in Alfredton, Ballarat. This casual position supports field services that help Australian growers improve productivity, manage input costs and maintain soil health.

Reporting to the Field Services Manager, you will provide administrative and operational support across scheduling, customer communication, record management and daily workflow coordination. The workplace is collaborative, fast-paced and service-focused, with seasonal peaks requiring flexibility and a willingness to support the wider team.

This role is well suited to an organised and proactive person who enjoys variety, solving problems and helping operations run smoothly. Previous experience is preferred but not essential, making this an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within the agricultural services industry.

Key Responsibilities

You will help coordinate daily field service activities while providing reliable administrative support to customers, technicians and operational leaders. Your work will contribute to accurate scheduling, clear communication and efficient service delivery.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Field Services Manager
  • Assist with scheduling and booking field service jobs
  • Review and coordinate technician schedules and workloads
  • Communicate with customers regarding bookings, job updates and service enquiries
  • Liaise with Field Service Technicians to support operational requirements
  • Maintain accurate records, job information and customer data
  • Assist with improving workflows and operational efficiency
  • Complete general office and operational administration duties as required

  • Previous administration, operations or scheduling experience is preferred but not essential
