The Role

We are seeking experienced and motivated Ginning Machine Operators to join a busy site in Whitton, NSW, within the agriculture and cotton ginning industry. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will work across various positions including rover, moon buggy operator, loader operator, and trash truck driver. You'll play a key role in supporting the cotton ginning process, ensuring smooth operations, safety compliance, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

This role supports cotton ginning operations through machinery operation and general site support.

• Operate machinery including loaders, moon buggies, and trucks
• Assist with feeding cotton into ginning machinery
• Rotate across multiple roles as required
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the gin site
• Support production processes and follow operational procedures

• Experience in cotton ginning or similar industrial environments highly regarded
• Proven experience operating loaders and moon buggies (essential)
• Ability to work flexible hours up to 6 days per week
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and procedures
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing tasks
