Job description

The Role

We are seeking dedicated Grain Handlers to join a busy site in Tabbita, NSW, supporting operations within the agriculture and grain industry. This is a hands-on, outdoor role where you will be responsible for the safe handling, storage, and movement of grain. Working as part of a team, you will support daily operations across receivals, storage, and dispatch, ensuring efficiency while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

This role supports grain handling operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality site performance.

  • Operate grain handling equipment including augers, conveyors, hoppers, and loaders
  • Load and unload grain from trucks and storage facilities
  • Monitor grain quality through sampling and testing
  • Conduct weighbridge operations and maintain accurate records
  • Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
  • Complete tarp work, sweeping, shovelling, and general housekeeping
  • Assist with bunker construction and maintenance
  • Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
