The Role

We are seeking reliable and hardworking grain handlers to join a grain storage operation in Bogan Gate, NSW. This role involves hands-on labour supporting bunker and silo operations and is ideal for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work in an agricultural setting.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you will support day-to-day grain handling and site operations, focusing on maintaining site cleanliness, grain hygiene, and operational efficiency.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Cleaning site areas and raking grain
• Assisting with bunker and silo inspections to ensure hygiene compliance
• Supporting grain handling processes, including tipping trucks at the pit
• Maintaining plant and equipment cleanliness
• Assisting with general maintenance of equipment and site infrastructure
• Managing and maintaining site records (grain hygiene, fumigation, OH&S, stock records)
• Performing general laboring duties as directed
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures

Benefits:

• $33.85 per hour + penalty rates
• Consistent hours with approximately 40-50 hours per week

Your Skills & Experience:
