• Acquiring hands-on experience in the Citrus Harvest

As a Forklift Driver, your responsibilities will include:

• Moving pallets and other items with Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Orientating quality activities around the daily despatch plan, as communicated by the Logistics Manager
• Inspecting packed fruit and documenting inspection outcomes in a timely and efficient manner
• Working closely with the Despatch Hand to ensure effective quality, safety, and traffic control standards are maintained in the despatch area
• Collaborating with Packing Supervisors and QC Supervisors to ensure consistent supervision and training of staff, ensuring worker safety and well-being, and meeting safety, hygiene, quality, and productivity standards
• Required to do other labouring tasks as requested by the supervisor.

Your Skills & Experience:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

• MADEC Card and Forklift License
• Experience working in the citrus or other fruit/vegetable industry
• Ability to work extended hours and across both day and night shifts
