As a Piggery Farm Hand, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring feed availability and adjusting feeders as necessary.
• Monitoring individual pig health and barn/pen environments.
• Record keeping including elite herd management and worksheets.
• Assisting with weighing and grading pigs.
• Assisting with breeding stock selection.
• Monitoring manure pit status and ensuring timely removal of effluent.
• Checking and repairing facilities and equipment.
• Assisting with preventative maintenance programs.
• Assisting with daily tasks in farrowing and lactation sections.
• Other duties as requested by the Site Supervisor.

Your Skills & Experience:
