Job Description
Are you ready for a hands-on role that involves animal husbandry and relocation tasks? Join our team in Millmerran, QLD, and take on an exciting position with competitive pay and the potential for overtime.
As a Relocation Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting animal husbandry tasks such as checking on birds, picking up eggs, and disposing of sick birds.
- Collecting eggs on the packing machine and cleaning machines and inside the shed.
- Riding bikes between sheds and working outdoors.
- Relocating birds and vaccinating them, including heavy pushing/pulling of trolleys, catching birds, loading them into trolleys, and transporting them between sheds.
- Assisting with the deep cleaning of sheds once birds are relocated.
- Other duties as requested by the Site Supervisor.

Your Skills & Experience:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Poultry experience (preferred but not essential).
- Comfort working with chickens and other poultry.
- Physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
- Flexibility with working hours to accommodate operational demands.
- Own vehicle.
